This policy explains how Jim's Repair Service, based in West Deptford, NJ, handles information when you visit this website or call us. Updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you call: your phone number, your name and address, and what you tell us about the problem. Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and training; when a call is recorded, you are told.
When you visit the site: standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. The site has no contact forms, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To answer your call, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up on it.
- To keep records of the work done at an address.
- To keep the website secure and working.
When we share it
We share information only as needed to handle your request: with the technician doing the work, with phone and scheduling systems that carry our calls, and, if your call is forwarded to another local provider because our schedule is full, with that provider so they can help you. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services on this site
Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts. The map loads from Google Maps only when you choose to view it. Those services have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep service records as long as they are useful for the work at your address and for our legal and tax obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your choices
