Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site describes the heating, cooling and home repair services of Jim's Repair Service and gives general information. It is not advice for your specific system; a technician has to see the equipment for that.
Requesting service by phone
Service is requested by phone. A call is not a contract; the work, its scope and its price are agreed with you before the work begins.
Telephone contact and consent
When you call us, you agree that we may call or text you back at that number about your request, including scheduling and follow-up. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded where the law allows, for quality and training. When a call is recorded, you are told.
Call forwarding and other providers
We handle service calls with our technicians. During peak demand, after hours, or when our schedule is full, your call may be forwarded or transferred to another trusted local provider so you can still get help quickly. When that happens, the other provider is independent of us and is responsible for its own work, scheduling and pricing, which can differ from ours.
Prices and estimates
Prices are given for the specific job after the system is looked at. Information on this site about what affects cost is general and is not a quote.
Content on this site
The site and its content are provided as is and as available. We work to keep the information accurate and current but make no promise that it is complete, error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Jim's Repair Service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
